Through hands-on experiences, children discover the importance of water and develop the skills to protect it at the annual Halburton-Muskoka-Kawartha (HMK) Children's Water Festival.
Campaign Development
After attending the water festival, our team was equipped with plenty of content to build out an end-of-year fundraising campaign. Following the festival, we set the organization up with an email marketing platform and started building up their subscriber base. We imported their existing donors, volunteers, customers and partners into respective email lists. I built out newsletter templates with photos, infographics and space for storytelling.

Case for Support
Among the list of fundraising materials we made was a Case for Support. This document was handy for board and staff members to approach prospective donors and to communicate impact to their community.
